This is a hybrid role, allowing for some remote work, for an Advertising Sales Representative at GFAM MEDIA located in Waco, TX. This is a contract role where you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing client relationships to achieve sales growth. You will also be responsible for pitching and selling advertising opportunities across multiple platforms (digital, print, conferences, and events) to target clients, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to create effective advertising campaigns.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated track record of success in sales, preferably in advertising or media
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience with media planning and buying, and knowledge of advertising and industry trends is a plus
• Knowledge of and existing relationships within the Waco, TX market is a plus
